Dr. Cansu Ünver, an academic and education consultant who has built her academic and professional journey within the UK higher education system since 2009, views guiding students to turn their international education dreams into reality not just as a profession, but as a deep passion.

During her academic journey in the UK, she completed her PhD at the University of Birmingham, one of the world’s leading research universities. Throughout this period, she developed not only as a student but also as an active participant in academic production and research culture, gaining a strong foundation in research, analysis, and scientific output.

Throughout her academic career, Dr. Ünver gained extensive experience and collaborative work in research, teaching, and academic project development at prestigious UK institutions such as the University of Birmingham and Loughborough University. These experiences allowed her to understand the UK higher education system from the inside, not just theoretically, but also in its structural, cultural, and operational dimensions.

Dr. Ünver continues to be actively involved in academia, teaching and conducting research in international finance, banking, and economics. Her dedication to education is grounded not only in past experience but also in ongoing academic productivity and current scientific work.

She also holds the title of Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), an international indicator of teaching and learning excellence in UK higher education. This title formally recognizes her pedagogical competence and ability to deliver education according to international academic standards.

When founding EL-TE Global Consultancy, her primary goal was not only to help students gain university admission but also to guide them in building their academic, professional, and personal futures on solid foundations.
